Blender - Toon Shader

This eevee toon shader retains the cel shaded look but adds texture and noise to the shadow and highlights areas, It has a balance of stylization with a touch of realism.

I use this along with Blender's freestyle line art to get the desired look and my decal pack to finish off any designs.

Supports Blender 3.5 and up, older version of blender have not been tested.
